How Lucky Duck Works

Your child will be chosen to be Lucky Duck. When they are picked they will receive a poster and a letter that describes what their week will look like. You will need to help your child fill out the poster over the weekend and have them turn it into me on Monday. Along with their poster, they need to bring in some pictures to share. They also need to bring 5 objects they would like to share with the class. I will display these objects for the week.

Below you will find a list on what we can do to make this week special for your child.

Monday: The Lucky Duck shares their poster, objects, and pictures with the class. We do this at 10:40-10:50 if you want to come in and watch.

Tuesday: I will read a letter that the Lucky Duck's family wrote for them. It can be a letter full of stories, love, ect....have fun with it!

Wednesday: The Lucky Duck will share their favorite book. If they want me to read it to the class I can do that!

Thursday: The Lucky Duck gets a special lunch. Their family will bring in a fun lunch for them. We have lunch at 11:20-11:40! If you can't do this on Thursday, than come in any other day that works for you!

Friday: The Lucky Duck takes their stuff home!
